Mobile I Ching Mindful Terms

1. Scope and license

Kayzit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Mobile I Ching on devices you own or control, solely for lawful personal or internal business use.

2. Reflection, not future prediction

Mobile I Ching applies I Ching knowledge to help you reflect on a question, situation, or moment. It is not a tool to see the future, guarantee an outcome, or decide your life for you. Treat every reading as a structured prompt for reflection and entertainment.

3. Positive and calm use

• If a reading feels favorable, use it as confidence to live better and act with clarity.
• If a reading feels difficult, use it as a reminder to reduce risk and move toward a better outcome.
• If a result makes you anxious, step away from it, breathe, use the wooden-fish chant practice, and return to positive action.
• Do not use Mobile I Ching in a way that encourages fear, obsession, superstition, or harmful dependence.

4. Not professional advice

Cast results, AI interpretations, lunar-calendar context, world special days, and chant suggestions are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, therapeutic, emergency, or professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make after using the app.

5. Your inputs and responsibilities

• You are responsible for the phone numbers, number strings, questions, and other inputs you enter into the app.
• You must have the legal right to use any material or information you submit.
• You remain responsible for how you interpret, rely on, save, copy, or share any output from the app.

6. Backend availability and AI features

Some Mobile I Ching features depend on short-lived guest authorization, backend-side casting, backend-side AI interpretation, special-day data, or other Kayzit-operated services. Kayzit does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, identical results across models or builds, or permanent access to every backend-assisted feature.

7. Ads, premium plans, and billing

Mobile I Ching may show ads or offer premium plans such as ad-removal tiers, depending on the build, store, region, and runtime configuration. Store-provider terms, refund rules, billing availability, consent rules, and ad-provider policies may also apply.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Mobile I Ching to abuse reward systems, evade premium restrictions, reverse-engineer protected services, infringe rights, violate law, distribute misleading divination output as professional advice, harass others with readings, or otherwise use the app in a deceptive, harmful, or unlawful way.

9. Third-party services

Mobile I Ching may rely on third-party services such as Firebase, Google UMP, AdMob, Google Play Billing, app-store listing services, browser or email applications, or other services integrated by Kayzit. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Local data and resets

Settings, language preferences, sound preferences, cast history, AI interpretation history, and other locally stored app data may be removed if you uninstall the app, clear app data, or otherwise reset the app environment. You are responsible for keeping any information you need outside the app if you want to retain it.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Mobile I Ching is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kayzit disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, spiritual suitability, predictive accuracy, backend uptime, billing continuity, or fitness for a particular purpose. Kayzit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
