MobileIching Terms of Service

1. License

Kayzit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MobileIching on devices you own or control, solely for lawful personal or internal business use.

2. Spiritual and reflective use only

MobileIching is intended as a reflective, ritual, and informational product. Cast results, AI interpretations, lunar-calendar context, and chant suggestions are not medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, or emergency advice and should not replace professional judgment.

3. Your inputs and responsibilities

• You are responsible for the phone numbers, number strings, questions, and other inputs you enter into the app.
• You must have the legal right to use any material or information you submit.
• You remain responsible for how you interpret, rely on, or share any output from the app.

4. Credits, premium plans, and rewards

MobileIching may offer credit packs, premium plans, daily gifts, rewarded claims, and other access mechanisms for optional features such as Producer-backed ritual soundtrack generation. Credit balances, plan labels, reward caps, prices, and unlock behavior may change over time. If billing or ads are enabled, third-party platform providers may apply their own rules.

5. Temporary backend access and AI features

Some MobileIching features may depend on temporary guest authorization, backend-side interpretation, or Kayzit-operated APIs. Kayzit does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, identical results across models or builds, or permanent access to every backend-assisted feature.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use MobileIching to abuse reward systems, evade credit or premium restrictions, reverse-engineer protected services, infringe rights, violate law, distribute misleading divination advice as professional advice, or otherwise use the app in a deceptive, harmful, or unlawful way.

7. Local data and deletion

Settings, wallet state, and other locally stored app data may be removed if you uninstall the app, clear app data, or otherwise reset the app environment. You are responsible for keeping any information you need outside the app if you want to retain it.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

MobileIching is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kayzit disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, spiritual suitability, predictive accuracy, backend uptime, billing continuity, or fitness for a particular purpose. Kayzit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Updates and contact
