AudioToolkit Terms of Service

These app-specific terms apply to AudioToolkit and supplement the shared Kayzit Terms at privacy.kayzit.com/terms. If these app-specific terms differ from the shared terms, these AudioToolkit-specific rules control only for AudioToolkit usage.

1. License

Kayzit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AudioToolkit on devices you own or control, solely for lawful personal use or internal business use.

2. Your content and responsibilities

3. On-device processing and workspace behavior

AudioToolkit is designed mainly for on-device processing. The app can copy selected source files into an app-managed workspace to process them safely, and processed outputs can remain in app-managed storage until you delete, export, or remove app data.

4. Voice, recording, and text-to-speech features

AudioToolkit can rely on Android system components and device text-to-speech engines. Recording, voice transformation, and generated speech outputs depend on device compatibility, installed engines, permissions, and the content you provide.

5. Ads, rewards, and third-party services

AudioToolkit may use Firebase services, Google AdMob, Google UMP, Android sharing flows, and Google Play distribution services. Some feature unlocks, ads, or promotions may change over time, and third-party providers may apply their own terms and privacy rules.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use AudioToolkit to infringe intellectual property rights, violate privacy or publicity rights, distribute malware, abuse ads or rewards, evade platform safeguards, or engage in any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.

7. Export, sharing, and deletion

When you export or share audio, you are responsible for the destination you choose and for how you distribute the output. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data can remove locally stored files that are not saved elsewhere.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AudioToolkit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Kayzit does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or media format, or error-free outputs for every editing, conversion, recording, or text-to-speech scenario. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kayzit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Updates and contact

Kayzit may update these terms when AudioToolkit changes. The latest hosted version will stay available at this URL. For official contact channels, visit https://kayzit.com/.
