These app-specific terms apply to Android Imagine and supplement the shared Kayzit Terms at privacy.kayzit.com/terms. If these terms differ from the shared terms, these Android Imagine-specific rules control only for Android Imagine usage.
Kayzit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Android Imagine on devices you own or control, solely for lawful personal use or internal business use.
Android Imagine is designed mainly for on-device photo editing and motion export. GIF output, MP4 output, manual adjustments, preview rendering, and project storage are processed locally on the device. AI Adjust suggestions are assistance only, and you remain responsible for the final look and settings applied to your content.
Some app builds may use free runway counts, local coin balances, reward flows, starter-pack style unlocks, or similar feature gating. Availability, pricing, and reward behavior may change over time. Abuse of reward, quota, or feature-access systems is prohibited.
Android Imagine can rely on Android media, camera, sharing, and storage flows, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Kayzit API services for AI adjustment guidance. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
You may not use Android Imagine to infringe intellectual property rights, violate privacy or publicity rights, distribute harmful or deceptive material, misuse AI assistance, evade platform safeguards, or engage in unlawful activity.
Android Imagine is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Kayzit does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or file, or error-free output for every editing or export scenario. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kayzit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
